Purchase of custom software is non-refundable unless otherwise noted in your service agreement with Albright Labs LLC DBA Pennsylvania Software. There are no exceptions.

Pre-Packaged Software Policy

Purchase of pre-packaged or boilerplate software is refundable within 15 days of purchase. Please contact support@pennsylvaniasoftware.com if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We'd love the opportunity to make it right!
